She is widely respected within pharma circles for her broad bio-pharmaceutical knowledge and vision, and many of her solutions have been innovative gamechangers, dramatically improving operational efficiency and helping clients better engage with HCPs and HCOs, while remaining compliant in a tightly regulated business environment.

Ellen always leads with the attitude of treating every client’s business as important as her own, and as a result, LLX has retained many of its clients for over 20 years, a ringing endorsement of Ellen and her team’s consummate skills, business ethics, and absolute integrity.

With over 17 years’ experience of enhancing HCP and patient engagements globally, Shannon specializes in product innovation, project strategy, execution and implementation. She has designed, built, implemented and expanded several industry-leading technologies which have given her leading multi-national pharmaceutical and life science clients a competitive edge.

Shannon now leads LLX’s Product & Technology directorate, from advanced new product ideation and development through to implementation and evaluation stage. She is also responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s established product catalogue to meet prioritized needs, trends, and market opportunities.
 
Since joining LLX in 2007, Shannon has held several leadership positions within the company including Executive Vice President (Client Services) and Director of Contracting Services.

A multi-award-winning and highly experienced professional, Andy’s key role focuses on LLX’s long-standing clients - building upon strong existing relationship, ensuring needs are exceeded and not just met, and developing and implementing strategic business roadmaps with a client-first approach across the organization.

With a 25+ year background in the pharmaceutical industry, Andy possesses broad industry knowledge gleaned from his diverse commercial roles including Sales, Training, Human Resources, Chief of Staff, and Sr. Director of Professional Engagements. He is skilled at working cross-functionally with the business, compliance, legal, and IT teams to redefine and build fit-for-purpose commercial capabilities for speaker programs, advisory boards, and consulting engagements - resulting in improved efficiencies, enhanced user/stakeholder experiences, reduced operating cost, and improved customer outcomes.

Fired by his passion and fascination for technology and innovation, Kent has an unbridled history of success as a business owner in the fields of technology, software development, and project management.

Since joining LectureLinx in 2016, Kent has had the pleasure and privilege of forming a world-class development and infrastructure organization. His focus on cybersecurity helps safeguard critical data and the integrity of the IT infrastructure. Kent’s responsibilities include overseeing IT Compliance ensuring LLX consistently meets its regulatory obligations.

With a background in communication, compliance, problem-solving, and strategic thinking, Erin’s focus is process efficiency. Working with new and existing clients to translate their ideas into reality, she helps clients achieve their immediate and long-term goals by looking at ways that will streamline and enhance the outcomes that will ultimately grow their business.

Beth is a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of success in both consumer-facing and pharmaceutical industries. With over two decades of experience in pharma, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by this highly regulated sector.

Adept at navigating complex regulatory environments, Beth has been instrumental in developing and implementing change management plans with clear objectives and measurable outcomes. Beth’s strategic mindset and ability to foster collaboration have been key to driving organizational transformation and ensuring successful transitions.

Beyond her marketing expertise, Beth is a passionate advocate for building strong teams and fostering positive corporate cultures. She has consistently organized and led company meetings and events designed to promote team building, employee engagement, and a shared sense of purpose.

Rich is a problem solver, a creative thinker and an accomplished .NET software engineer - and the combination makes him an invaluable asset when it comes to designing and developing cutting-edge compliance systems and solutions for the US pharmaceutical industry. His contributions are evident in nearly every application LLX uses today.

Rich originally joined LLX in 2015 as an intern in Account Services. An interest in processes and systems led him to eventually transition to IT. Now, when streamlining processes for internal teams, Rich uses his combined skillset of technical expertise, and an understanding of client needs to deliver innovative solutions that consistently exceed expectations.

Emma is an experienced product executive with a proven track record in planning and delivering stable and scalable solutions for digital transformation projects across pharma and healthcare.

She is a qualified SME in HCP/O engagement management and plays a key role in LLX's new product ideation process, identifying and prioritizing commercial opportunities, scoping, solutioning and leading the development and testing of the next generation of our products.

Proactive and future-focused, Emma is also responsible for building our high-performance product management team, mentoring product managers and championing the continuous improvement of our delivery processes. She is additionally product lead for PAYCE, our dedicated, purpose-built portal which offers a new standard in compliance technologies for the pharmaceutical industry.
