At LectureLinx, we believe that it’s a fundamental must for every school child to have the opportunity to learn 21st century computer and technology skills in a properly equipped classroom.

And that’s why we are delighted to support Morrison Elementary School in Olney, Philadelphia with funding and providing a computer lab ahead of introducing a digital literacy and technology education programme for its 650 students.

Morrison is an inner-city, resource-strapped school where every one of its pupils qualify for free or reduced-cost school meals. And that’s what makes this project even more important.

This new digital literacy programmes won’t just teach the children how to type, code, create robotics and video edit; it will prepare them for today’s technology-driven world, irrespective of whether they choose to focus on a career in the technology sector. And, perhaps most importantly, it will teach them about online safety too.
