Annual Planning and Needs Assessment

Centralized planning, form dependencies, configurable workflows, and a documented activity trail go beyond compliance to ensure a simplified yet comprehensive planning and approval process.

  • Configurable and embedded workflows allow stakeholders to collaborate in real-time, fostering a dynamic and streamlined decision-making process. Workflows can be concurrent and/or sequential depending on internal requirements and standard operating procedures. Upon task completion, forms are systematically forwarded to the next contributor or reverted for additional input and/or updates. When all workflow tasks are completed, plans are documented as approved and complete – allowing Needs Assessments to be created and added to an approval workflow.
  • Dependencies and values embedded in the Annual Planning and Needs Assessment form fields ensure required information is captured consistently and accurately across the organization. Fields to capture business justification, expected outcomes, services to be provided, budget, and other informational fields are configurable based on policy requirements.
  • Multiple department stakeholders (i.e. Brand Strategy & Marketing, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Regulatory etc.) are assigned to an Annual Plan with a specific role.  Plans can be brand-based or account for an entire therapeutic area or business unit – allowing contributors to add details and tactics from their specific area of responsibility that, when combined, contribute to a higher-level overview.
  • Innovative chat function built into each form enables stakeholders to add and respond to comments, facilitating real-time communication and fostering collaboration. Chats are documented for record-keeping purposes.
  • Direct association of approved Annual Planning tactics with an initiative-based Needs Assessment ensures fee-for-service activities have been approved and are compliant with internal policy and external regulations.
  • Eliminates email threads and disparate sources and creates an auditable record of activities and outcomes.
