Professional Dashboard

The power hub of our platform, the Professional Dashboard, is a compilation of data from multiple sources including direct HCP input, engagement data, and financial transactions. Each dashboard is a comprehensive individual profile and full repository of current and historical data and documents.

  • User-friendly interface displays high-level details including contact information, credentialing, and FMV outcomes. Clicking the CV icon opens the professional’s current CV to view and download. Optional headshots can be displayed to add familiarity.
  • Visual cues call out potential compliance issues or conflicts of interest (COI) such as institutional restrictions, investigator status, and state reporting requirements.
  • CAP tracking functionality tracks fee-for-service across all engagements and displays real-time details of planned and actual payments, including travel stipend, based on fully executed agreements. CAP can be viewed and monitored on-demand using fiscal and calendar year parameters to ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory policy. Historic data is retained to provide a clear and auditable trail of payments.
  • Configurable tabs offer additional professional details for strategic planning.
  • Clinical Profile – captures private practice, hospital, and institution affiliations. Unique identifiers include license information and National Provider Identifier (NPI). Client internal IDs are stored and can be repurposed for cross-platform integrations and data sharing.
    • FMV Rate History – enterprise-wide details on HCP activities, ensuring consistency across business units, regions, and countries.
    • Contracts – fully executed agreements are stored for record-keeping purposes and on-demand access.
    • Payments – fee-for-service and reimbursed expense payments are summarized by project. Data is captured in a grid layout and can be downloaded in excel.
    • Documents/Activity Log – removing critical activity information from email and providing a complete repository of actions and outcomes i.e. exception requests, approval documentation, and other HCP specific documents.
  • Role-based permissions and security based on content type ensure data in the Professional Dashboard is protected and partitioned and adheres to all privacy requirements.
