  • Embedded lists of values and programmed dependencies allow stakeholders to properly document reportable transactions and upload proof of payment for fee-for-service, group spend, and reimbursable expenses.
  • Seamless integration with aggregate-spend platforms ensure transactions are categorized and reported based on regional and country requirements. Users can submit for transparency reporting by clicking a button.
  • A centralized repository for secure storage ensures document access aligns with data protection regulations and client policy/SOPs. Associated metadata can be configured to organize like-document types for secure storage, stakeholder access and retrieval, and view or download. A download all feature automatically migrates documents from the project document library to labeled folders contained in a zip-file to streamline audit activities.
  • Comprehensive tracking provides a detailed overview of document activities – including the date and time documents are posted and the associated and accountable stakeholder.
  • Standardized reports include but are not limited to payments, contracting lifecycle, close out, utilization, and CAP management. Using the power of the data contained in the platform, reports can be configured to align with corporate policy, compliance, and monitoring requirements, and/or regional and country regulations.
